Carl-Johan Hultenheim

Chief Operating Officer at Atea ASA

Carl-Johan Hultenheim joined Atea in 2003 and has been part of the company's journey for more than 20 years now. He led Atea Sweden as Managing Director from 2011 to 2020 before taking on his current role as Chief Operating Officer of Atea Group.

Before joining Atea, Carl-Johan held sales and marketing leadership roles at Reachin Technologies, Autodesk NW Europe, Intermezzo and Ferator AB. Over the course of his career, he has combined a strong commercial mindset with a passion for developing businesses, teams and customer relationships.

Carl-Johan holds an Engineering degree from Växjö University, complemented by studies in economics and business administration at Lund University and Stockholm University.

With 30 years of professional experience from software development to SAP consulting, 10 of them on Digitalization, Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence, Vladimiro currently heads the Automation CoE at SEG Automotive's GBS in Portugal, focusing on Digitalization and AI Initiatives.

SEG Automotive combines more than a century of expertise in electrical machines with a mindset of constant reinvention, applying its engineering know-how across automotive electrification, eBikes, light electric mobility, drones and robotics.

Dr Kata Fredheim is Executive Vice President for Partnerships and Strategy and Associate Professor at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. A social anthropologist by training, she works across business, education and policy, with a particular focus on partnerships and institution building, organisational change, talent, migration and leadership.

Līga Paulina is a senior legal and organizational leader with 18+ years of experience across legal, regulatory, governance, and executive management roles, including Director of Legal Operation and Administrative Director & Board Member of Dynatech SIA, Dyninno Group's Global Business Services center. 


Her background includes building legal operations frameworks and legal tech solutions across multiple jurisdictions, and advising executive leadership on regulatory and structural risk during periods of rapid organizational growth. She is also an experienced trainer and facilitator, and most recently works as a business consultant on change management, helping organizations navigate structural and cultural shifts and build adaptive teams in times of uncertainty.
